We believe that the best relationships are long term ones; and that while the Problem Solving and Recovery skills are essential at the time they tend to be short and medium term needs.

For that reason we've looked at ways to build longer term relationships with the Chair and/or CEO to provide additional support and perspectives on a more ad hoc basis,  advice and review of proposals to prepare you for the questions your non-execs will ask.

Using our skills in recovery to identify, assess and mitigate risk early - and avoid issues. 

We are also open to building mentoring relationships with Board level and other senior leaders on specific skills and approaches - impartial advice and a sounding board to accelerate their growth, the talented CTO who needs counsel or the Programme Manager struggling to direct.
