On occasion, we have been asked to join a company for a fixed period of time - to get something over the line or drive a transformation.

We pride ourselves on always being willing to stand by the advice we give, so for that reason we remain open to more medium- to longer-term engagements.

Our experience shows these usually, and ideally, follow a piece of short-term work delivered to the satisfaction of all parties.

Each circumstance is different.  How the role and terms are set out means there are a wide range of options - from standard day rate to a risk/reward basis - and we will take each on merit.
